How do they work?
Also known as Vision, Twist or day and night blinds these stylish blinds are made by alternating stripes of sheer material and stripes of opaque/solid colours which are then doubled over. These alternating layers of striped fabric move in conjunction with each other so that the consumer can manoeuvre the stripes to let in their preferred level of light. The sheer and solid stripes are aligned so that they either provide total privacy or so that they let light through the sheer elements of the blind.

Smart Blind Systems offers a variety of different colours, opacities, and stripe width options. If you are looking for blackout you may want to integrate these blinds into our perfect fit system or blackout system.
What are the motorisation options?
From a motorisation point of view you can raise and lower the blind and adjust the privacy levels at different heights within the window recess. Both hardwired and battery are possible as is battery operation within a perfect fit frame. One of the key issues with these blinds is the aligning of the stripe across multiple blinds. Most manufacturers charge extra for this due to the labour and material costs involved in lining up blinds over potentially different drops.
